Assigning a PER of 10, fair value = 0.7 x 4 x 10 = 30.8 sen

Efficient E Solutions @ RM0.22 at today.
( na = RM0.12, quarterly eps = 0.66 sen)
Assigning a PER of 10, fair value = 0.66 x 4 x 10 = 26.6 sen
A firm buy at RM0.20 with 30 % upside...

I like both stocks but Efficient has better value for now..
